You Again?

Law #1: So long as someone manages to impede your progress once, so long as they remain in your presence they will manage to do so again at least one more time.

An object in motion stays in motion tends to remain in motion...until some jackhole manages to find themselves in your path.  Here's a perfect example.  Say you're at the store and you're making a beeline for the register.  Out of nowhere someone manages to cut you off and now you're stuck behind them in the line.  You think it's over but that was only impedance #1.  #2 comes when it's time for them to pay and all of a sudden they have no idea how to swipe their debit card.  If the universe likes you enough, they'll probably be blocking you in when you're ready to leave the parking long.
